The Trinity Holistic Healing

Children, Adolescent, Teen Therapy

Neurodivergent-affirming therapy for kids and teens, and real help for the parents beside them.

Many of the kids and teens we see are autistic, ADHD, or both, and a lot of their parents are working out the same things about themselves. We see that every week, so nobody here is surprised by a stim, a shutdown, or a kid who needs to move while they talk.

Every child deserves a safe space to feel seen, heard, and understood. We provide compassionate therapy for children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, or family transitions such as divorce, grief, or loss.

Through creative, evidence-based modalities, we help young people process emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen their inner world.

We provide trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for children and adolescents ages 3–17 in Fort Worth, DFW, and across Texas through telehealth.

We support anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional dysregulation, school difficulties, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and family-related stress, and we help children and teens affected by divorce, custody transitions, co-parenting conflict, blended family stress, and major life changes.
