The Trinity Holistic Healing
Therapy for Neurodivergent People and Their Families
Autistic, ADHD and otherwise wired differently. In Fort Worth and by telehealth across Texas.
Neurodivergent people find their way to The Trinity more than anyone else. We didn't plan it. Some of the people who work here are neurodivergent, and that shapes what we notice and how much you have to explain.
You shouldn't have to mask your way through therapy, or explain how your brain works before anyone will listen. Here, you usually won't.
Neurodivergent adults
Autism, ADHD, complex PTSD & dissociation
Plenty of the adults we see were diagnosed late, or are still wondering. Many have spent years being misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or expected to function inside systems never built for their brains, and a lot of what looks like anxiety or depression turns out to be exhaustion from that.
We work with neurodivergence alongside complex PTSD and dissociation, with ongoing clinical research in autism, ADHD, and OCD. If you want a starting point before you talk to anyone, the adult ADHD and autism screens are free and private.

Kids, teens & families
When one brain works differently, the whole house feels it
Families are the other half of our work. We see autistic and ADHD kids and teens, ages 3 to 17, and the parents and siblings around them. Our parent advocate helps families make sense of school, IEPs and 504 plans, and family sessions and skills groups give everyone in the house a way to meet each other halfway.
Intimacy & betrayal
Sex addiction, love addiction & betrayal trauma
The same team works with sex addiction, love addiction, partner betrayal trauma, and infidelity recovery, including what those experiences do to the children in a family. Couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent are welcome here, and common.

Whole-person care
Integrative, holistic & somatic
Our approach is integrative and holistic. We work with emotional dysregulation through more than conversation alone, using somatic bodywork to explore how stress, trauma, and survival responses live in the body.
In simple terms? We treat the whole person, and the crisis that brought you through the door is only where we start.
