The Trinity Holistic Healing

A Team That Gets Neurodivergent Families

Founded by Vannah Hughes, M.A., LPC-Associate, LCDC, CSAT, Trinity was created from a vision that healing happens through connection. As Founder and Visionary, Vannah designed Trinity to provide relationship-centered, whole-person care that integrates mental health, family systems, addiction recovery, and holistic wellness.

Neurodivergent people and their families make up most of who we see. Our team includes neurodivergent people, which is a big part of why they keep finding us. Our therapists also help individuals, couples, teens and children heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and get through big transitions.

Through a blend of clinical expertise, family support, and holistic care, we help people build healthier connections with themselves and the people they love.

The Trinity is built as one house rather than a corridor of separate offices. There is an old idea Vannah keeps close, the wholeness and peace of a house, and it shapes how this practice is put together: a counselor, a psychiatric provider, a Reiki master, a yoga teacher and a financial advisor are not competing services but parts of one person's care. Everyone here keeps their own name, their own practice and their own way of working. They are simply stronger standing together, and so is the person sitting in front of them.

Who's available right now.

Michael Hughes-Isbell is Co-Founder and Chief Technology & Digital Innovation Officer of The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services, LLC, and its Director of Music & Spiritual Wellness. He performs live at Sacred Roots Community Collective gatherings and leads drum circles, acoustic sets, and community music around full moon and new moon ceremonies, retreats, and celebrations. As an ordained minister through American Marriage Ministries, he officiates weddings, vow renewals, and community ceremonies, offers spiritual guidance, and helps shape The Trinity's marriage-enrichment and relationship workshops. Tom Hermann

Financial Advisor

Accepting new clients

Tom Hermann has spent more than a decade in financial services, and here's what he's figured out: spreadsheets don't change people. Stories do. Everybody knows they should save more and spend less. They've read the books and downloaded the apps, and they've made the same New Year's resolution six years in a row. But somewhere underneath, an old story keeps whispering that there's never enough, that they have to earn their worth, or that the next number will finally make them feel safe. Tom's work as a coach helps people swap the stories that keep them stuck for ones that set them free. Then, as a financial advisor, he can help build a plan that actually looks like the person holding it. He believes money was never meant to be a scoreboard. It's more like a wheelbarrow, made for carrying good things to the people and places you love. Tom learned this the hard way. When his son was diagnosed with leukemia and spent two years in treatment, including a bone marrow transplant, his family found out firsthand how heavy money can get and how much lighter it feels when you're not carrying it alone. A former college basketball player, Tom still thinks the best things happen on a team. His faith shapes everything he does, and there's a seat at his table for anyone. He's here to help you build a life that feels wildly, unreasonably alive, with a plan to match.

Hannah Eboagu

Registered & Licensed Dietitian, Nutrition & Performance

MCN, RD, LD, MHFA

Accepting new clients

Hannah Eboagu is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who works where nutrition meets performance, and where it quietly meets mental health. She earned her Bachelor's in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and her Master of Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center. Her clinical background spans elite athletic performance, from high school through professional and NFL athletes, as well as adaptive nutrition for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and complex care needs. That range is why she fits here. The person fueling for a game and the person whose depression has flattened their appetite are working on the same system: energy, focus, sleep, recovery, regulation. Hannah is Mental Health First Aid certified and collaborates directly with your therapist, prescriber and holistic practitioners, so nutrition sits inside the treatment plan instead of being a separate errand. Her approach is practical and sustainable. No elimination lists, no moralizing about food, no plan that falls apart in week three. She works with high performers, neurodivergent clients and families, individuals with special needs, and anyone whose body has stopped cooperating with the life they're trying to live. She describes her work as both profession and ministry, a small impact in people's big lives. Now accepting nutrition clients. Telehealth across Texas, in-person in DFW.

Joseph Cepeda

Child, Adolescent & Family Therapist

LPC-Associate

Supervised By: Cristian Tovar, LPC-S, LCDC

Accepting new clients

Joseph (Joe) Cepeda, LPC-Associate, is a child, adolescent, and family therapist at The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services. He holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University. Joe sees counseling as both a science and an art. He sets a steady foundation and clear boundaries for the work, then stays flexible enough to welcome every version of the person in front of him. His main lens is psychodynamic: how attachment, early childhood experience, and unconscious patterns shape what a person feels and how they move through the world. He comes to each session as a storyteller. Joe values evidence-based practice and psychological research, and he knows every client brings a story that deserves to be understood on its own terms. Rather than jumping to conclusions, he helps uncover the themes, strengths, challenges, and experiences that have shaped a life. His approach is eclectic, drawing on Adlerian, existential, multicultural, and narrative therapy as each person needs. Creativity, curiosity, and honest self-expression matter to Joe. He believes there is real power in reconnecting with an inner child that expectations, perfectionism, or the pressures of life may have pushed aside. Joe's role is not to tell anyone who to become. It is to make room to explore who they have been, who they are today, and who they want to be. In his words, "While we cannot rewrite the past, we can explore its meaning and begin to imagine and work towards what the next chapter might look like." Joe is supervised by Cristian Tovar, LPC-S, LCDC.

Anya Zelinska

Tantra Yoga Teacher & Somatic Coach

Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Somatic Coach, Ordained Minister

Accepting new clients

Anya Zelinska teaches Tantra Yoga at The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services. She grew up in Ukraine, has kept a personal yoga and meditation practice for more than thirty years, and has been teaching for eleven. Her tantric training comes through the VITA method, a trauma-informed somatic approach to sexuality, relationships, and embodied spirituality. Her first yoga teaching certification, in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, came in New York City in 2015. She taught there, co-founded a yoga studio in Tanzania, and later taught in Colorado and now Texas. Anya is also a certified somatic coach who specializes in intimacy, desire, and nervous system regulation. What she offers here is a way into solo Tantra. Tantric sex is real, but it is not where this work begins. Her sessions use breathwork, energy practice, sound, movement, and guided exploration of the subconscious to bring you back home to yourself, toward a kind of inner magnetism that is felt rather than performed. You do not need a partner, and you do not need any background in yoga or Tantra. Curiosity is enough. The practice builds from one week to the next, so it asks for more commitment than a drop-in class. As a group settles in, Anya may introduce gentle partnered exercises: eye gazing, speaking to one another, perhaps touching hands. None of it is sexual, all of it is optional, and nothing happens without explicit consent. The foundation never changes. It is you, in your own body and your own sovereignty. Her classes are feminine and fluid, with free movement, dance, breath, and sound carried by curated music, singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Students are invited to move with curiosity, listen to their bodies, and let go of performing long enough to feel. Anya teaches Tantra as someone who lives it daily, as devotion, practice, and prayer. She has spent the last two years healing her body, her sexuality, her nervous system, and the religious conditioning of her upbringing. She does not claim mastery of the whole tantric tradition. She is mastering particular parts of it and teaches from lived experience while still on the path herself, and that honesty is what her teaching stands on.
